After you log in, a medicine wheel will appear with eight lessons and an additional module with financial tools to assist you in completing the program. Together they will guide you through a range of topics. Feel free to take as much time as you need to complete each lesson to the best of your ability. There’s no time limit, and don’t feel pressured to finish all eight sessions in one sitting. The only request is that you keep an open mind to new ideas, make a worthwhile attempt to learn, and last but certainly not least have fun!
